You are responsible for your workspace and users. Crawling and platform queries are subject to plan limits and fair-use safeguards.
3. Subscription & billing
Monthly or annual billing; plans change pro-rata; cancellation effective end of term. Trial requires no payment method.
4. Data & white-label
Your client data remains yours. White-label output may not misrepresent authorship of the underlying service in fraudulent contexts.
5. Liability
Service provided "as is" within statutory limits; liability capped at fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
